Istituto Marangoni Firenze celebrates its 10th Anniversary with MĪRĀBĬLIS • The Exhibition, bringing together student projects, creative research and Alumni stories. On November 7th, prospective students will have the opportunity to discover the exhibition as part of the Special Open Day.

Ten years after the opening of the School of Florence, Istituto Marangoni Firenze celebrates a milestone that offers an opportunity not only to look back at the journey so far, but also to explore the creative identity the School has built over its first decade and look towards the future. A journey shaped by an increasingly interdisciplinary dialogue between fashion, art and business, and by a strong connection with Florence’s creative and manufacturing heritage.

The celebrations began in July with MĪRĀBĬLIS • The Fashion Show held at Palazzo Corsini, where eight graduate designers presented their collections. Conceived as the first chapter of a broader programme dedicated to the 10th Anniversary, the Fashion Show explored the theme of perception and the boundary between reality and representation.

Tthis narrative continues with MĪRĀBĬLIS • The Exhibition, a project conceived to tell the story of the School’s evolution through the talent of its students, the journeys of its Alumni and the different academic disciplines that shape the Istituto Marangoni Firenze experience. At its heart is a selection of projects offering a cross-disciplinary perspective on the School’s creative research and multidisciplinary approach.

A Journey Through the Different Creative Disciplines of the School

Developed throughout the School’s spaces, the exhibition brings together projects from Fashion Design, Fashion Business, Fashion Communication & Image, Multimedia Art and Art Curating transforming the School into a journey through different creative languages, disciplines and perspectives.

All the different creative areas come together within a single narrative, offering an insight into the creative ecosystem that defines the School and the value of exchange across disciplines.

Completing the journey is a dedicated focus on Alumni through TEN X TEN, a video installation created to highlight the value and impact of the educational experience through the journeys and achievements of former students. Their stories become part of the narrative of the School’s first decade, creating a bridge between education and professional life.

November 7th: A Special Open Day

The story will continue on November 7th, when MĪRĀBĬLIS • The Exhibition will become an integral part of Istituto Marangoni Firenze’s Special Open Day.

Prospective students will have the opportunity to visit the School and discover a selection of projects through an immersive journey, experiencing first-hand the creative process, academic experience and multidisciplinary culture that define Istituto Marangoni Firenze. The experience will go beyond simply presenting the academic offer, allowing visitors to discover what students create and experience throughout their studies in Florence.

In this way, the celebration of the first ten years also becomes an opportunity to look ahead. MĪRĀBĬLIS • The Exhibition tells the story of Istituto Marangoni Firenze through the ideas, projects and people who have shaped its identity, turning the 10th Anniversary into a new starting point.

10th Anniversary Scholarship: THE NEXT TEN

As part of its 10th Anniversary celebrations, Istituto Marangoni Firenze is also looking towards the next generation of creative talent with a special scholarship dedicated to the milestone. Launched on September 21st, 2026, the initiative connects the School’s first ten years with its future, offering new talents the opportunity to begin their own journey in Florence.
