Istituto Marangoni Milano keeps placing talent at the centre, and this is evident in their choice to showcase the "LA SATREY" collection of the Best Fashion Design Student of the Year, Retbirieka Kong, at the Graduate Fashion Week in Dubai. The GFWi23 event, supported by FAD Dubai, is scheduled to run from October 10 to 12, with Istituto Marangoni Milano's catwalk show being slated for October 12 at 3:30 pm (GST).

Apart from the runway excitement, GFWi23 provides a platform for international talent to shine and also serves as an avenue for important discussions about fashion education and the future of the industry.

The event also features two prestigious awards presented by the Graduate Fashion Foundation: the International Portfolio Award and the International Accessories Award, supported by Crisden. Members can nominate individuals for these awards, which recognise outstanding creativity and craftsmanship in fashion design, offering emerging talents an opportunity to gain global recognition.
