Class 1 July 15 · 3:30 PM–6:00 PM: Behind the Scenes of Luxury Business (Fashion Business)

Class description: What does luxury mean today? How do companies develop luxury products, from perfumes to jewelry? The lesson analyzes the luxury pyramid and the business models applied by companies. During the session, we will also examine case studies of major luxury players, such as Hermès, with Dr. Anna Zinola, IMSchool & Education Director

Class 2 July 16 · 3:30 PM–6:00 PM: Understanding fabrics, The foundations of fashion (Fashion Design)

Class Description:

Fabric selection is one of the most important steps in fashion design. This session introduces participants to different fabric types, analysing their properties and their applications in fashion. Students will discover how material choices influence the appearance, functionality, and overall success of a design. With Nouf Alsulaimani, Fashion Design Lecturer.

The event will be held at Istituto Marangoni Riyadh, Floor 10, King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), Building 4.10, Al Aqiq, 13519 Riyadh. The building entrance is located opposite Spinneys. Guest parking is available immediately after the entrance gate, in the basement of the building.
