Over the past few months, the students of the Master’s in Fashion Business at the Istituto Marangoni Milano Milano • The School of Fashion were involved in a project with MODES, a well-known omni-channel retail platform. Alessio Cuozzo, MODES Buying Director, and Jan Radolec - MODES Digital Director, personally contributed to the project. Apart from fashion business students, students from the other programmes of the Milano School of Fashion joined a street-style photo shoot in the streets of Milan. The shoot aimed to highlight the connection between the creativity of young talents and the MODES universe, which provided a selection of garments for the occasion.

MODES enhanced the students' experience by offering internship and counselling opportunities with industry experts in collaboration with Istituto Marangoni's Career Service, which plays a key role in preparing students to take their first steps into the professional world. This Service provides tailored counselling to help students explore different career paths and make informed decisions about their future.

Anna Rogg • Career Service, Alumni & Industry Relationship Senior Manager, emphasised the importance of the synergy between MODES and Istituto Marangoni in an interview available on the platform's official website:«This year we added two new training courses, one on Omnichannel and the other on E-commerce. The MODES Buyer Director worked with the students, assigning them a specific task and then giving them feedback on their work. Our students thus had the opportunity to add this collaboration to their CVs, which is very important as they are at the beginning of their career path.»

The collaboration involving MODES is the most recent effort to strengthen the connection between the academic pursuits of Istituto Marangoni's students and the fashion industry. This project is yet another proof of the fashion school's unwavering dedication to preparing future professionals and bridging the gap between their academic training and the working world.
