Rocco Iannone debuts with Ferrari’s first-ever runway
On June 13th Rocco Iannone, Creative Director of Ferrari and Istituto Marangoni Milano Fashion Design Alumnus, presented an ambitious fashion project regarding the Italian supercar brand, debuting the first fashion collection by the Maranello-based brand.
After the major steps taken towards the fashion world over the past two years, including a sponsorship agreement with Armani in 2019 and the partnership with high-end watchmaker Richard Mille in 2020, Ferrari presents its first luxury fashion collection created and manufactured in-house, proving to be a fashion house in its own right.
Presented in Maranello, where Ferrari is headquartered, the collection includes women’s, men’s and children’s apparel, as well as accessories. In designing the pieces, Iannone was inspired by “Ferrari’s codes”, transposing the iconic features and distinctive traits of the cars into clothes.
The collection will be available in Ferrari’s flagship store in Milan and other international stores, as well as on its brand-new online platform.
