This voguing editorial will get you in the mood for posing

Part of growing up is to find someone you look up to. It could be someone you are close to or someone who you aspire to be. Creativity is a big part of a child’s mind, and it can imagine anything to everything. There are no limits or boundaries. You can be whoever you want to be.

In this photo shoot, we celebrate the power of freedom by introducing the drag and voguing culture, where everyone can be what they want to be without any judgement or direct criticism. It is sparking conversations about many taboo topics, from gender identity to sexual orientation, honoring freedom of speech and self-presentation.

The concept behind drag culture is to feel like yourself, but showing your alter ego through clothing and makeup. Vivienne Westwood celebrated this in her early fashion career by introducing slogan printed t-shirts and putting her idols on them. This element can still be seen in her designs today.
