These ambitions led DG Beauty to collaborate with another pillar of Italian excellence: Istituto Marangoni Milano. Their joint Industry Project spotlights the talent of students from the Master’s in Marketing & Communication for Fragrances & Cosmetics, a programme launched just three years ago, with the aim to further expand DG Beauty’s influencer community. While the brand began connecting with younger generations and top social media personalities as early as 2025, today’s challenge is even more ambitious.
Orchestrating an Influencer Strategy
Students at Istituto Marangoni Milano analysed the dynamics of influencer marketing and propose creative, social-first ideas designed to spark viral moments. Social media and social commerce will serve as strategic levers in boosting desire and visibility. Their mission: to design a memorable consumer experience across the entire marketing funnel, using an omnichannel vision to highlight key commercial moments throughout the year.
Learning Alongside the Best
In today’s beauty industry, understanding social media is a must. This highly engaging project will give Istituto Marangoni Milano students a front-row seat to influencer marketing, introducing them to the strategies that shape it. They worked alongside a brand that embodies luxury in beauty - one that, through iconic products and ambassadors (including superstar Madonna, the face of The One fragrance), knows how to reach a cross-generational audience and stay perfectly in step with the times.
