In a rapidly changing global context, Istituto Marangoni is launching its new FOR PROFESSIONALS division: flexible, cutting-edge training that supports creative and managerial professionals in fashion, design, and beauty by integrating the most advanced tools for digital transformation.
Industry Partner: The Fabricant
At the end of the course, partecipants will receive an Istituto Marangoni Certificate
Given your background in Fashion Design, we would like to introduce Generative AI for Fashion Designers, a course exploring how generative AI is reshaping the design process—from ideation to virtual garment simulation—while maintaining a strong focus on ethics, sustainability, innovation, and artistic authorship. The learning experience combines lectures, workshops, and immersive moments to help you adopt AI creatively and responsibly within contemporary fashion practice.
The course is delivered with The Fabricant, a leading fashion technology partner in digital fashion creation. Through AI-powered intelligent tools, The Fabricant supports more efficient workflows, enabling designers and brands to experiment, innovate, and reduce complexity across design, production, and marketing.
By the end of the program, you will have developed a professional digital portfolio (concept boards, 3D garments, and animated visuals) alongside industry-ready technical outputs such as digital patterns, specification sheets, and production-oriented documentation. You will gain practical fluency in tools including Clo3D, Krea.ai, and Firefly, and build a clearer strategic understanding of AI’s creative, cultural, and technical implications, supported by networking opportunities with innovators and professionals through field visits and jury panels.
This course is designed for:
Participants are expected to have a basic understanding of fashion design or digital visualization workflows.
By completing this course, participants will graduate with:
Participants will be able to:
The course is mostly online, session take place from 9th of March on Tuesdays and Thursdays (5:30–7:30 pm CET) and Saturdays (4:00–7:00 pm CET).
Two in-person Experiential Weeks in which you can choose our Milan or Paris campus from June 29 to July 11, 2026 are included.
You will also get access to targeted career consulting, high-quality networking, and practical tools to enhance your professional journey and seize the best career opportunities.
In addition, thanks to an exclusive partnership with Chaberton, world renowned Headhunting firm focused on Luxury, you can access to a Career Advising Service targeted on your professional journey.
As part of the I’M Alumni Community, you will benefit from a 30% tuition fee deduction if you have regularly completed at least one previous course in an Istituto Marangoni school. The enrollment fee is always due.
