This course is structured over 4 weeks:
Week 1 – 20 hours
Introduction to digital transformation in the fashion and luxury industries; key principles of digital branding and communication; understanding the digital consumer journey; strategies of visual storytelling
Week 2 – 20 hours
Focus on online retail: product and service strategies; exploration of e-commerce platforms (structure, usability, and performance); digital layouts and visual merchandising aligned with brand identity; consistency across digital touchpoints
Week 3 – 20 hours
Tools and techniques for audience analysis; segmentation and tailored experiences for online customization; effective digital marketing campaign strategies; data-driven approaches to customer engagement and loyalty
Week 4 – 15 hours
The role of innovation in shaping future customer experiences; emerging technologies in fashion and luxury branding (virtual reality, augmented reality, try-on solutions); new digital media
Classes are scheduled as follows:
– Sunday to Thursday: one evening class per day (6:00–9:00 PM)
– Saturday: two classes (10:00 AM–3:00 PM)
