Istituto Marangoni is authorised to launch programmes and issue the related diplomas validated by Regent's University London and/or recognised by France Compétences as part of 'Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles' (RNCP).

Istituto Marangoni Paris · The School of Fashion, Fragrances & Cosmetics is a private higher education institution authorised to launch programmes and issue the relevant validated qualifications – the equivalent of a three-year degree course – for all undergraduate programmes.

Students who successfully complete one of the following three-year Fashion programmes receive a BA (Hons) Degree qualification:

Participants who successfully complete these programmes at the Paris School will receive a BA (Hons) Degree, validated and issued by Regent's University London.

Upon successfully completing the three-year programme, participants will also gain 360 UK credits (equivalent to 180 ECTS credits). 

Furthermore, students who successfully complete one of the three-year programmes available at the Paris school can obtain an additional RNCP - 'Répertoire Nationale des Certifications Professionnelles' certification and the related professional titles:

  • Fashion Design: The Styliste – Créateur professional certification is currently the subject of an application to renew its registration in the National Directory of Professional Certifications (RNCP).
  • Fashion Styling & Creative Direction: ‘Responsable de la communication et de l’image de mode’, level 6 qualification registered in the National Directory of Professional Certifications (RNCP) number 35581 by decision of the Director General of France Compétences on May 19, 2021.
  • Fashion Business: ‘Responsable de la stratégie marketing et commerciale de mode’, level 6 qualification registered in the National Directory of Professional Certifications (RNCP) number 31511 RNCP with order of 27 December 2017 published in the Official Gazette of 30 December 2017
  • Fragrances & Cosmetics Management: Responsable de la stratégie marketing et commerciale de mode, level 6 qualification registered in the National Register of Professional Qualifications (RNCP) number 31511 RNCP by order of 27 December 2017 published in the Official Journal of 30 December 2017

Students who successfully complete these three-year courses obtain an RNCP (French National Directory of Professional Certifications) qualification recognised by the French state through the national governance body for vocational training and apprenticeship, France Compétences.

As a recognised vocational training course, Level 6 RNCP is the equivalent of a Bachelor's Degree. After successfully completing one of the programmes, participants obtain 180 ECTS credits as per their Study Plans, the equivalent of a three-year degree course.

As with all Istituto Marangoni three-year courses, these validated programmes are for participants who aspire to a career in fashion and allow them to continue their studies at Italian and international academies and/or universities or to work in their chosen field.

Istituto Marangoni Paris · The School of Fashion, Fragrances & Cosmetics is authorised to launch programmes and issue the relevant validated qualifications – the equivalent of a Master’s Degree.

Students who successfully complete one of the following programmes receive a Master’s Degree qualification:

Participants who successfully complete these programmes at the London School will receive a validated Master's Degree issued by Regent's University London.

Upon completing the programme, participants will also gain 180 UK credits, equivalent to 90 ECTS credits.

The validated Master's programme also includes a 12-week internship.

Furthermore, students who successfully complete one of the Master’s courses available at the Paris school have the possibility of obtaining an additional RNCP - 'Répertoire Nationale des Certifications Professionnelles' certification and the related professional titles:

  • Fashion Design: ‘Directeur de collection’, level 7 qualification registered in the French National Directory of Professional Certifications (RNCP) under number 36151 by decision of the Director General of France Compétences on June 26, 2022
  • Fashion Promotion, Communication & Digital Media: ‘Responsable de la communication globale’, level 7 qualification registered in the National Directory of Professional Certifications (RNCP) number 36636 by decision of the Director General of France Compétences on July 1, 2022
  • Fashion & Luxury Brand Management:  ‘Responsable en marketing du luxe’, level 7 qualification registered in the French National Directory (RNCP) under number 36015 by decision of the Director General of France Compétences on November 10, 2021
  • Fashion Buying & Merchandising:  ‘Responsable de la performance achats’, level 7 qualification registered in the French National Directory (RNCP) under number 34201 by decision of the Director General of France Compétences on September 10, 2019
  • Fashion Styling, Creative Direction & Digital Content: This professional certification is currently the subject of an application for recognition
  • Fragrances and Cosmetics Brand Management and Licensing: Manager en marketing du luxe, level 7 title entered in the Directory (RNCP) under number 36015 by decision of the Director General of France Compétences on 10 November 2021

Students who successfully complete these three-year courses obtain an RNCP (French National Directory of Professional Certifications) qualification recognised by the French state through the national governance body for vocational training and apprenticeship, France Compétences.

As a certified vocational training course, Level 6 RNCP is the equivalent of a Bachelor's Degree. After successfully completing one of the programmes, participants obtain 180 ECTS credits as per their Study Plans, the equivalent of a three-year degree course.

As with all Istituto Marangoni postgraduate courses, these validated programmes are for participants who aspire to a career in fashion and allow them to continue their studies at academies and/or universities or to work in their chosen field.

The Foundation in Fashion course is validated by Regent’s University London.

RNCP ('Répertoire national des certifications professionnelles') is the official classification of French diplomas and professional titles. It is an officially recognised information tool, for individuals and companies, on the validity and level of the qualifications and professional skills obtained through a higher-level educational programme.
RNCP titles are essential certifications regarding the recognition and relevance of education, for individuals as well as for companies and recruiters.
