The Course is designed to give students a comprehensive understanding of how a fashion product is conceived, developed, and produced—from initial concept to final realization.
It bridges creative vision and industrial processes, equipping students with both technical knowledge and a strategic mindset.
Key topics include product design and development, material sourcing and textile innovation.
Students will learn how to create technical sheets, prototyping, and production planning. Quality control and sustainability standards and the role of Italian craftsmanship in contemporary fashion. Circular economy and traceability tools (e.g., Digital Product Passport) will be foundamentals topics of the course. Through a hands-on approach, students will analyze successful fashion and luxury products, exploring how design choices align with brand identity, market needs, and sustainability goals.
